Shipping and Develivery

This policy only applies to products purchased online. Other policies for shipping and delivery may apply
depending on the method through which purchase and subsequent payment was made.

How much does it cost for shipping fee? Note that all packages will have a delivery charge based on the shipping address within the Philippines and with a maximum of five (5) cards per package and per address.

  • Within Metro Manila – PHP 65
  • Within Luzon – PHP 75
  • Within Visayas – PHP 95
  • Within Mindanao – PHP 110

When can I expect delivery of my order? Our cut-off for delivery is at 5pm from Monday to Friday (excluding  holidays) while shipping will be on the next business day. We then hand it over to one of our logistics partners and you will get another email indicating the estimated delivery day and tracking number. To ensure that our couriers can easily find your shipping address, please indicate a landmark near your area.

Most deliveries arrive:

  • Within Metro Manila – 3 – 4 days
  • Within Luzon – 4 – 6 days
  • Within Visayas / Mindanao – 6 – 8 days

Please, be advised that there are no deliveries on weekends. This means that if you received an email confirming your purchase from Thursday, 5:01 pm till Sunday 12mn, your order will included for shipment on Monday or the next business day after that (assuming Monday is a holiday).

For Health Vantage/Health Vantage Elite, shipping is dependent on how soon you can pass the application form as the card we will send you is personalized with the member’s name.

How can I track status of my order? Upon receiving a confirmation email, you will be provided with a tracking number from our courier partners. You can check the status of your order by entering your tracking number at our delivery partner’s website.

Is there any domestic area to which PhilCare cannot deliver? PhilCare can deliver to all serviceable areas of our delivery partners. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our couriers are not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you through call right after you place your order and we will arrange for a refund.

Can I pick up my order at PhilCare office? Yes. Kindly advise us beforehand through email if you wish to pick up your order at the PhilCare head office.

Does PhilCare offer international shipments? International shipment is not available at the moment. Please note that the health care coverage we provide is within the Philippines.

Can PhilCare deliver the package to my office? PhilCare will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

The tracking number provided to me is invalid/ not working, what should I do? Tracking information may be available the next business day when our logistic partners have updated their records. If after one (1) business day you still have problem with your tracking number, please reach out to us at order@philcare.com.ph and we will assist you right away.

How do I change my address on my order? If you’ve just finished placing your order, please send us an email at order@philcare.com.ph and we’ll try to modify your order. This can only be changed if the orders have not been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices since the orders have already been handed over to our couriers.
