Area Supervisor - Agency Sales (Contractual) For: Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga; Cebu City	The position is responsible for: Growth of the sales production of the agency force by meeting the following activity targets: a. Selection of the agency managers b. Recruitment c. Active agents d. Agency visit/ meeting e. Product Training Establish and maintain harmonious business relationship with agencies and assist them in acquiring new business. Ensure preparation of the strategies and plans with the corresponding budget. Supervise the agents to release proposal within the required TAT. Provide the agents with updates, promos and sales activities. Conduct training of basic HMO and product options. Actuarial Associate	The position is responsible for preparation of benefit plan design and costing for prospective major group accounts. Also, assist in the validation and review of various actuarial studies relevant to the operation of the company including review of regular financial reports, ensures adherence to Underwriting and Pricing Guidelines of the company and recommends relevant and applicable changes and assist in providing technical support to all concerned departments.	Graduate of BS Math major in Actuarial Science	At least 3 to 4 years work experience as an Actuarial Analyst Passed at least 3 Actuarial Exams	Extensive knowledge of the operations of an HMO company Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Access) Management, Organizational and Planning skills Strong interpersonal and communications skills Programming (preferred but not a must)
Head of Actuarial Services	This position will be responsible for the new business pricing and renewal costing, pricing of new products, rating review of existing products, analytical review of product experience, determination of incurred but not paid and incurred but not reported actuarial numbers  for financial reporting, development of models for financial and product forecasting, and the evaluation of risk issues.  Leads cross functional, large scale projects and will be involved in all aspects of the departmental responsibilities.	Graduate of BS Math major in Actuarial Science	At least 5 years managerial experience handling an HMO Actuarial Servicing Department	Knowledge or experience in HMO concepts/operations Leadership and Management Skills with Good Underwriting, Accounting, Engineering, Finance & Mathematics background or experience Strategic Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills Communication and Negotiation Skills Relationship Management and Interpersonal Skills Planning and Organizing skills People Management and Coaching skills Computer Literacy (incl. MS Office Applications, Database Information Systems)
Actuarial Manager, New Business	The position is responsible for product development, review of rate assumptions, recommends changes in pricing of published rates when necessary,  verifies if the target profitability is being met, ensure that pertinent  actuarial studies are being done for management info and use of marketing as tool in sales presentation or acquisition of business.	Graduate of BS Math major in Actuarial Science	At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position	Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Mathematics or Actuarial Science. At least passed 2 Actuarial exams (SOA). Applicants must have knowledge in MS Access-SQL, MS Excel- Macros. Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.
